After receiving your parcel, we will endeavor to send you a quote within 24 hours. From here, you can choose to accept or decline the payment amount. If you choose to accept, we will pay you instantly. If you decline, we will return your parcel to you within two business days.
Q: What Is The Return Policy
Upon declining our valuation offer, we will return your parcel free of charge.
If you had any diamonds that needed removing during the valuation process, we will also return these to you without extra cost.
You can expect your return parcel to arrive within 2 business days. We use Australian Post Registered service to return all items. As such a delivery will require a signature upon request.
